Shipping Policies

Insuring each shipment is important for us and we are doing it to provide you, our customers, with better service. When shopping with us, you know that we are responsible not only ship your items out but also ensure that you receive them in mint condition (without having to purchase insurance separately yourself).

Delivery Time

In-stock items will go out within two business days. First-Class mail is the best value to send smaller items and delivery times average from 1-3 days (excluding holiday/busy seasons). With Priority Mail average delivery times are 1-3 days and Saturday delivery is available at no additional charge. Express Mail is the fastest way to send a package with guaranteed next day delivery to most US addresses. If you’d like to use Express Mail for purchases over $100, please call us at 239-728-1728 or staci@suntots.com and we will assist you.

Free Shipping for Orders Over $200

If your order is over $200, shipping is on us! We reserve the right to ship via First-Class or Priority and will determine the best shipping option based on cost.  Express Mail is not included in Free Shipping but it is available to you. Please contact us if you need your order overnight (available in most areas) and we will reply with the Express Mail shipping cost. It will not show up as an option in the cart since your order qualified for free shipping. If you decide to return items that qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return amount.

Privacy Policy

SunTots.com is a family company, and we value your privacy as much as we value our own. We only collect information needed to fulfill your requests, and will never sell, share or otherwise distribute personal information to any third party.
